FunBox

FunBox
is a variation of the GDImage/OpenGL image demo.

I have plans to use the same concept than in BassBox, but with pictures instead of audio files (or perhaps a mix of the two).

For example:
We could drop a folder with images, then build on the fly a moving carousel to show them in sequence.
And for the OpenGL effects we could use plugins like in BassBox.

Anyone interrested?

See attached ZIP file for the source code.

Hi Patrice,

I use BassBox every day :) But not sure if I would like to watch pictures in window.
I was thinking of fullscreen picture viewer, with support for EXIF & Histograms. So something like PhotoBox :)

Petr,

Could be either an interface like MovieBox, that could be switched to full screen mode.
However my idea is to create fancy image transitions and visual effects in OpenGL.

The first post of this thread has been updated, to fix the ZIP file corruption caused by the "Server Collapse".
